Upgrade Datacenter Evaluation to Full Version

Run the following command:

DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerDatacenter /ProductKey:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX /AcceptEula

Replace XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX with the key corresponding to the version you want to upgrade to. The key is at the bottom of the article.

After running the command, the system will ask you if you want to restart the computer, enter Y to agree, the system will automatically restart.
